Commodity, specification, volume, origin, port, payment terms, shipment window. What cannot be delivered is declined the same day.
The supplier's existence, authority to sell, price and specification are checked against the market before anything reaches a buyer.
Buyer and seller are introduced under a signed commission agreement and contract directly with each other.
An independent surveyor nominated by the buyer confirms quality and weight before loading.

KYC and sanctions screening on every counterparty. Documentary credits under UCP 600, delivery terms under Incoterms 2020.
